A traditional ghrutham prepared with the Tikta-gana (bitter group) of herbs—classically including Nimba, Patola, Vasa, Guduchi and Triphala—processed into a nourishing lipid base as per Ayurvedic texts. Suggested use (adults)
¼–½ tsp once or twice daily after food with lukewarm water, or as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
