Classical udwarthanam (dry-herbal massage) powder. Used for invigorating body scrubs that gently exfoliate, stimulate micro-circulation, and lighten kapha heaviness—leaving the skin smooth and refreshed.
How to use
-
Dry scrub (traditional): On dry skin, rub the powder with firm upward strokes from feet to neck for 5–10 min. Rinse with warm water.
-
Wet paste: Mix 2–3 tbsp with warm water/decoction (or a little sesame oil for sensitive skin). Massage as above, then rinse.
-
Frequency: 3–5×/week, or as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
Classical profile (typical)
Grains & pulses such as Kola, Kulatha (horse gram), Yava (barley) with kapha-reducing herbs (e.g., Nagara/Śuṇṭhi, Musta, Devadāru, Vacha). See label for full formula.
Notes & safety
External use only. Patch-test first; avoid face, broken/irritated skin, acute inflammation, and pronounced varicose veins. Not recommended during fever. Keep away from eyes and mucosa. Store cool, dry, and tightly closed.
