A traditional ghrita prepared by the snehapāka method with the Tikta (bitter) group of herbs—classically including Nimba, Patola, Vasa, Guduchi, Triphala, etc. In Ayurveda it is used to pacify pitta, support agni gently, and maintain balance in the rasa–rakta pathways and skin.
Suggested use (adults)
¼–½ tsp once or twice daily after food with lukewarm water or milk, or as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
