A classical Vāta-śāmaka oil in a sesame base, traditionally used in Abhyanga to ease stiffness and discomfort in the back, neck, and joints and to support free, comfortable movement of the māmsa–sandhi (muscles & joints).
How to use

Warm to body temperature.

Massage with long strokes on limbs and gentle circles over joints for 10–15 minutes.

Leave on 20–30 minutes; mild swedana (warm compress/steam) may follow.

Also suited for localized applications such as Pichu, Kati/Greeva/Janu Basti, and Pinda Sweda under practitioner guidance.
Notes
External use only. Patch-test before first use; avoid eyes and broken/irritated skin. Do not use during fever or immediately after meals. Store cool and dry, tightly closed.
