Traditionally used to pacify vāta–pitta in the head–neck region and support calm focus and nervous system steadiness.
Suggested use (adults)
15–30 ml, 1–2 times daily after food, mixed with an equal quantity of water, or as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
